Accel Comply exists to make security and privacy compliance something you can actually get done. After more than 15 years in consulting, running cloud, security, and compliance programmes for regulated customers, I saw the same pattern: Audits stalled, deals slipped, and teams burned weeks writing policies instead of doing their actual work.I built Accel Comply to fix that. We turn hard‑won experience across ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS, and GDPR (and many more) into focused, audit‑ready documentation packs you can put in front of auditors and enterprise customers within days.
I'm Behzad Motaghi, an executive IT and cloud consultant who has spent more than 15 years helping CIOs and CTOs modernise infrastructure, strengthen security, and achieve compliance in heavily regulated sectors. Most of my career has been client‑facing: Advising leadership teams, designing cloud and security roadmaps, and then delivering the migrations, controls, and operating models that make those roadmaps real. I've worked with all sectors, but focused on public sector, financial services, pharma, and manufacturing organisations across the Nordics and Europe to get them audit‑ready without paralysing day‑to‑day operations. For customers, that has meant things like:
- Migrating critical workloads to Azure and AWS with double‑digit infrastructure cost reductions and much faster deployment cycles, all while ensuring compliance.
- Embedding DevOps, FinOps, and governance guardrails so teams can move quickly without losing control of risk, spend, or architecture.
- Templating ISO 27001 and GDPR evidence, risk registers, and control mappings so audits become predictable exercises, not all‑hands fire drills.
- Implementing cloud governance and monitoring that cut outages and improved service quality and customer satisfaction at the same time.Along the way I've worked hands‑on with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS, and GDPR (and many more), as well as the ITIL practices that keep operations stable around them.
Accel Comply is built on three principles I honed in those roles:- Compliance should not kill delivery: You need policies and evidence that satisfy auditors and customers without slowing engineering to a crawl.
- Documentation should be an asset, not a chore: Good packs are coherent, consistent, and mapped to your reality – not a pile of disconnected templates.
- Time and money are finite: Fixed‑fee packs, clear scope, and high reuse keep your total cost down and your time‑to‑audit short. That's the perspective behind every pack we ship: Practical, audit‑ready documentation assembled by someone who has sat at the table and knows what "good" looks like.
